The Fine Print
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your shipping date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please send an email to email@example.com to inform us that you would like to begin the process for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you purchased something at a sale price, we cannot process a return. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
To complete your return, please include the original invoice.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 21 days for the refund to process and a credit to be applied in your original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Please do not send a parcel back to us without first sending an email message stating you would like to make a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are also non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages.
